移動(dòng)式離心選礦車設(shè)備簡(jiǎn)介Equipment Introduction
　　移動(dòng)式離心選礦車為一體式移動(dòng)離心選礦設(shè)備，原礦處理量每小時(shí)50-100噸(6mm以下物料離心機(jī)處理量15-30噸/時(shí))，本套移動(dòng)選礦設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)緊湊、故障率低，其結(jié)構(gòu)如下：
　　This set of equipment is integrated mobile centrifugal dressing equipment, raw ore processing capacity of 50-100 tons per hour (below 6mm material centrifuge processing capacity of 15-30 tons/hour), this set of mobile dressing equipment structure design compact, low failure rate, its structure is as follows:
1、進(jìn)料系統(tǒng) Feeding system
進(jìn)料系統(tǒng)為雙層結(jié)構(gòu)，上層為液壓式可變角度篦條篩，下層采用大溜槽進(jìn)料，采用高壓水反沖系統(tǒng)，可以保證均勻進(jìn)料；
The feeding system is double layer structure, the upper layer is hydraulic variable Angle grate screen, the lower layer adopts big chute feeding, high pressure water recoil system, can ensure uniform feeding;
2、絞洗式篩分系統(tǒng)Wringing and washing screen system
滾筒篩動(dòng)力采用鏈條驅(qū)動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)，動(dòng)能傳遞均勻、傳遞效率高；
滾筒篩內(nèi)含多條鉸刀從頭部覆蓋至尾部，能夠?qū)ξ锪线M(jìn)行充分絞洗脫泥，極大的提高了篩分與選礦作業(yè)效率；
滾筒篩供水系統(tǒng)采用中央供水+側(cè)供水方式，中央供水定向沖洗滾筒篩底部物料，側(cè)供水負(fù)責(zé)沖洗外層篩網(wǎng)。
Roller screen power using chain drive design, kinetic energy transfer uniform, high transfer efficiency;
The roller screen contains a number of reamers from the head to the tail cover, can fully wring and elution of the material, greatly improving the efficiency of screening and mineral processing operations;
The drum screen water supply system adopts the central water supply + side water supply mode, the central water supply is directed to flush the material at the bottom of the drum screen, and the side water supply is responsible for washing the outer screen.
3、選礦系統(tǒng)Beneficiation system
選礦系統(tǒng)采用臥式全自動(dòng)排礦離心機(jī)進(jìn)行選礦，保證使用壽命與回收率；
離心機(jī)采一臺(tái)80#臥式全自動(dòng)排礦離心機(jī)，該機(jī)采用PLC電腦全自動(dòng)控制，與立式離心機(jī)相比具有以下優(yōu)勢(shì)：

4、供水系統(tǒng) Water supply system
本機(jī)自帶分水器，工作時(shí)只需要將進(jìn)水管道連接至分水器即可開(kāi)始正常工作。
The machine has its own water distributor, when working, only need to connect the water inlet pipe to the water distributor can start normal work.
5、移動(dòng)系統(tǒng) Mobile systems
移動(dòng)系統(tǒng)部件由底盤與牽引轉(zhuǎn)向兩大部件組成，底盤采用25#工字鋼梁自主設(shè)計(jì)，保證設(shè)備強(qiáng)度，4軸8條實(shí)芯工程輪胎，4條液壓支腿支撐臥式全自動(dòng)排礦離心機(jī)，可以使用裝載機(jī)等設(shè)備進(jìn)行牽引，輕松移動(dòng)至工作場(chǎng)地。
The moving system is composed of chassis and traction steering. The chassis adopts 25# I-beam independent design to ensure the strength of the equipment. The chassis adopts 8 solid core engineering tires with 4 shafts and 4 hydraulic legs to support horizontal automatic ore discharge centrifuges.
【流程概述】Technical process
原料通過(guò)工程車輛送入進(jìn)料斗，首先篩分出較大不合格的物料，細(xì)料通過(guò)高壓水反沖均勻進(jìn)入多鉸刀鏈條驅(qū)動(dòng)式滾筒篩內(nèi)，通過(guò)滾筒篩內(nèi)多條鉸刀把成團(tuán)粘泥絞散，中央供水管道永遠(yuǎn)朝向下部對(duì)物料進(jìn)行充分沖洗將粘泥沖走，然后篩分為6mm以上與6mm以下兩種規(guī)格。其中6mm以上物料排入一條固定溜槽進(jìn)行大顆粒礦物提取回收后，廢料排入廢料區(qū)域，回收率達(dá)到90%以上；
6mm以下物料排入料箱內(nèi)通過(guò)一臺(tái)沙泵打入臥式全自動(dòng)排礦離心機(jī)內(nèi)進(jìn)行精選(沙泵供料能夠保證進(jìn)料濃度在30%以下，并且對(duì)物料進(jìn)行二次清洗，極大提高回收率)，小于6mm以下的礦物會(huì)在臥式自動(dòng)排放離心機(jī)通過(guò)PLC電腦控制下自動(dòng)排入精料箱內(nèi)，廢料自動(dòng)排出到廢料區(qū)域。
The raw material into feed hopper by excavator,then swilled by high pressure water into reamers trommel screen  and to be making the caly into mixture with water,the central water swilling and take the clay off, it to be classified into 2size＞6mm and ≤6mm,the material ＞6mm into one fixed sluice to get nugget,the scrap get rid into the scrap pool;
The material ≤6mm into horizontal automatic centrifuge concentrator by one set 4inch sand pump which can control the concentration below 30% and also the 2nd washing to mineral efficiently,finally the concentrate automatic discharged and scrap getting rid into scrap pool.
